Lentils provencal: easy and savoury dinner idea

Ingredients

• 3 tbsp of pomace oil
• 1 white onion (peeled and finely chopped)
• 2 cloves garlic (peeled and finely chopped)
• 1 tin of chopped tomatoes & 50 g tomato puree
• 1 carrot (peeled and diced)
• 2 ¼ cups puylentils
• 1 tsp of herbs de Provence & 1 tbsp salt
• 75 ml white wine
