Ingredients

• ½ teaspoon lemon juice (or white vinegar)
• 3 tablespoons sugar
• ¾ cup all-purpose flour
• ½ cup sugar
• 1-1/2 teaspoons Argo® Baking Powder
• ½ teaspoon salt
• 1/3 cup water
• 1/4 cup Canola oil
• 1- ½ teaspoons vanilla extract
• Icing sugar for dusting
• Filling
• ½ cup strawberry jam (or jam of your choice)
• 2 cups of softened vanilla ice cream (or ice cream of your choice)
• Equipment
• Electric mixer with whisk attachment
• Jelly roll pan
• Off-set spatula
