Ingredients

• 25 oz. can of Juanita’s Mexican Style Hominy or Juanita’s White Hominy , drained
• Baking spray
• Kernels of 8 fresh corns
• 2/3 cup sour cream
• 12 oz. hard or cotija cheese, finely grated
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 1 (14 oz.) can of sweetened condensed milk
• 4 large eggs, beaten
• 4 tbsp. unsalted butter, melted and cooled
• 2 tsp. baking powder
• 1 tsp. salt
