RAW MANGO ALEPPEY FISH CURRY

Ingredients

• 500 gms Quality Kashmiri Chili/Chili powder
• 1 tablespoon or as per taste Quality Turmeric Powder
• 1 Teaspoon Quality Fish Masala
• 1 Teaspoon Coconut Oil
• 2 cups Coconut Milk (Thin)
• 1 cup Coconut Milk (Thick)
• 2 inch piece Ginger, sliced
• 2 Chopped Green Chilies
• About 10 Sliced Shallots-Ulli
• 1 Raw Mango, peeled and diced
• 4 sprigs Curry leaves
• As per taste Salt
• 1 Heaped Teaspoon Corn Four
• ½ Cup Water
