Ingredients
- And 1 Can Sugar Beans with brine
- Add 1 Large grated onion
- 1 teaspoon whole Jeeru (Cumin) ,1Cinnamon stick ,3-4 whole Black peppers, 2Cloves 1small Aniseed
- Allow to braise
- Add 1kg cut up Boney Beef Cubes (Or Mutton )
- Add 1 teaspoon Ginger garlic paste
- ½ teaspoon crushed garlic
- Add masalas
- 1Tblsp Kashmiri Chilli powder
- 1 tablespoon Kashmiri Masala
- 1 teaspoon Tumeric
- 1 tablespoon Dhana Jeera powder
- Add 2 Grated Tomato
- Allow to cook well
- Add 2cups water for meats to soften
- 1 can Sugar beans OR 1cup
- Allow it to mix well with the meats
- Add Boiled Samp
- Adjust Salt and Chilli
