Ingredients

• 1 package pie crust
• 1 cup ricotta cheese
• 1 tbsp chopped fresh basil
• 1 tbsp chopped fresh chives
• ½ tsp lemon zest
• Salt and pepper to taste
• 4 Heirloom Tomatoes of all of different colors
• 1 pint Mini Mixers medley grape tomatoes
• 2 small Zucchini
• 1 egg
