- 2 cups almond meal.
- 1 1/2 teaspoon salt.
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon.
- 1 teaspoon cardamon.
- 1 teaspoon mixed spice.
- 2 eggs.
- 1 1/2 cup full-cream milk.
