• 1 tbsp (15 ml) oil
• 1 package (8 ounces/227 grams) sliced white mushrooms
• 1 medium yellow onion thinly sliced
• 1 cup (250 ml) water
• 1 package brown gravy mix
• parsley flakes to garnish
