- 1/4 teaspoon sage powder
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano, or 1 tablespoon chopped fresh oregano
- 1 tablespoon salt (or more if needed)
- fresh black pepper, to taste
- 2 cups fresh baby spinach or Swiss chard
