Twisted Pasta Box: Maxillicious Jerk Shrimp Mafalde

Ingredients

• 400g Prawns
• 1 tbsp Maxillicious Jerk seasoning
• 2 tsp Jamaican curry powder
• 1 tsp all purpose seasoning, plus extra to taste
• 3-4 thyme sprigs, leaves picked
• 2 garlic cloves, crushed
• pimento berries (allspice), crushed
• 2 scotch bonnet chillis, (1 half minced, half thinly sliced, 1 sliced, to garnish)
• olive oil
• 1 lime, cut into wedges
• 1 tbsp coconut oil
• 1 onion
• 1/3 red bell pepper, sliced
• 1/3 yellow bell pepper, sliced
• 1/3 green bell pepper, sliced
• 100ml coconut milk
• 200g mafalde
• fresh coriander, to garnish
• 2 spring onions, finely sliced
