• 75 g fine oats
• 50 g sunflower seeds
• 2 cloves of garlic
• 1 red onion
• 260 g drained black beans (canned), rinsed
• 30 g tomato paste
• 30 g medium-hot mustard
• 1 egg
• 2 ts Ras el Hanout
• salt, pepper
• 12 large iceberg lettuce leaves
• 150 g cucumber
• 1 tomato
• 1 shallot
• 5 stalks coriander
• 1 tbs white balsamic vinegar
