Grandma Bonnie's Broccoli Corn Bake - It's Just Life

Ingredients

• 1 16 oz can cream style corn
• 1 10 oz package frozen chopped broccoli (cooked and drained)
• 1 egg (beaten)
• 1/2 cup cracker crumbs ((I used Saltines but think Ritz would be perfect))
• 1 TBSP instant minced onions
• 2 TBSP melter butter
• 1/2 tsp salt
• dash pepper
• 1/4 cup coarse cracker crumbs
• 1 TBSP melted butter
