Ingredients

• 200g of plain flour
• 100g of butter, cold, cut into cubes
• 1 pinch of salt
• 1 egg
• 2 tbsp of iced water
• 20g of butter, melted for greasing
• 200ml of crème fraîche
• 3 eggs
• 100g of feta
• dandelion leaves, 2-3 handfuls, roughly chopped
• 50g of sunflower seeds, or pine nuts
• salt
• black pepper
