- 3/4 cup caster sugar

- 2 tsp McKenzie's Baking Powder
- 2/3 cup milk
- 3/4 cup icing sugar, sifted
- 1 1/2 tbs milk
- 2 drops red food colouring
- 1/3 cup water
- 3 tsp McKenzie's Gelatine Powder
- 1 cup caster sugar
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 egg whites
- 2 tbs, for sprinkling McKenzie's Fine Desiccated Coconut
- 1/2 cup raspberry jam
