- 1 Gelatine (titanium), softened in cold water
- 150g White chocolate
- 300g Cream, whipped to medium peak
- Raspberry Compote:
- 350g Raspberries
- 1 Vanilla bean or 1 tsp of Vanilla extract
- 70g Sugar
- 85g Water
- 4g NH Pectin
