• 3 eggs
• ¼ cup sugar
• ¼ cup sunflower seeds
• ½ a bunch of parsley, chopped
• 2 pieces anchovies (optional)
• 2 cloves garlic
• 1 tablespoon capers
• 1 teaspoon lemon juice
• ¼ to ½ a cup olive oil
• ½ cup good quality black olives- pitted
• 1 cup cherry or grape tomatoes
