Ingredients

• 1.5 tsp Balsamic Vinegar
• 1.5 tsp Capers drained
• 0.5 - Cucumber sliced into 1/4 inch slices
• 2 tbsp Olive Oil
• 50 g Spinach
• 0.25 cup SuperValu Fresh Basil roughly chopped
• 50 g SuperValu Mixed Lettuce
• 2 - Tomatoes chopped
• 80 g Tuna drained and flaked
• 1 slice Wholegrain Bread
