- 3 Tablespoons BULL-DOG TONKATSU SAUCE
- 3 Tablespoons BULL-DOG WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE
- 1 ½ teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 Tablespoon corn starch
- ¼ cup panko (more if needed)
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- ½ sliced yellow onion
- 1 cup sliced shiitake mushroom
- 3 Tablespoons (1 ½ oz) butter
- 3 Tablespoons flour
- 2 cups chicken or vegetable stock
- ¾ teaspoons BULL-DOG WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE
