- 2 colves Garlic chopped finely
- 2 Tablespoons Olive oil
- 2 Tablespoons Italian parsley finely chopped
- ½ cup Meatloaf sauce
- 1 Tablespoon BULL-DOG WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE
- 1 ea Eggs
- ½ - ¾ cup Panko or bread crumbs
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black pepper ground
- Bacon strips enough to cover
- 1 cup BULL-DOG TONKATSU SAUCE
- 3 Tablespoons Brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon Dry mustard
- 1 teaspoon BULL-DOG WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE
- If necessary Chicken or Beef stock
- salt and pepper each to taste
