Tuna & Sweetcorn Sloppy Joe

Ingredients

• 4 brioche burger buns – or other burger type buns
• 2 x tins tuna 150g drained
• 1 x tin sweetcorn 160g drained
• 1 small onion chopped
• 1 small green pepper chopped
• 1 stick celery chopped
• 1 glove garlic chopped
• 250ml passata
• 100ml water
• 1 tsp dried oregano
• 1 tbs tomato ketchup
• 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
• 1 tsp Cholula sauce or other chilli sauce to taste
• 1 tsp tomato puree
• Olive oil
• Lemon
• Half small white cabbage rinsed
• 1 large carrot peeled
• 1 tsp sugar
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 tsp white wine vinegar
• Mayonnaise
• Pepper
