• 1 lb. package of dried, cooked penne pasta, according to directions on package
• 4 ears Dandy® sweet corn, stripped off cob
• 1/2 cup sliced Dandy® celery
• 1 cup shredded cooked chicken meat
• 3 tbsp. butter
• 3 tbsp. all-purpose flour
• 1 1/2 cups whole milk
• 1 tbsp. Dijon mustard
• 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, finely grated
• 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
• 1/2 cup hot buffalo sauce
• 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese
