Pate de Campagne

Ingredients

• 1 + 1/4 lb. boneless chicken or turkey
• 1/2 lb. cooked pork
• 1/2 lb. cooked ham
• 2 cloves crushed garlic
• 3 scallions, chopped
• 1 onion, chopped fine
• 1 T parsley, chopped
• 1 bay leaf
• 1 tsp thyme
• salt and pepper
• 2 eggs, lightly beaten
• 1 T flour
• 1/2 c. softened butter
• 1/4 c. brandy
• 1/2 lb. bacon (to line pan)
