• 1 onion, finely chopped
• 1 375 g packet of Russian sausages, sliced
• ½ bunch of spinach, thoroughly washed and coarsely chopped
• 30 ml cake flour
• 250 ml Clover full cream milk
• 125 ml Clover fresh cream
• 3 eggs
• some salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
• 2 wheels of Clover feta traditional cheese, cubed
