Ingredients

• 8 cups Ciabatta bread cubes, toasted
• 5 Tbsp. Butter, melted, divided
• 1 cup Onion, diced
• 1 cup Celery, diced
• 1 ea. Tart apple such as granny smith, cored & chopped (1 ½ cups)
• 2 cups shredded Sargento® Sharp Cheddar
• 2 cups Chicken stock
• ½ cups Apple cider
• 1 lg. Egg, beaten
• 1 ½ Tbsp. Poultry seasoning
• salt and pepper to taste
