Ingredients

• 1 pound asparagus, woody stems removed
• 2 tablespoons shallot, diced
• 2 tablespoons Fustini's Citus Oregano balsamic
• 1 teaspoon honey
• 2 garlic cloves, pressed
• salt and pepper to taste
• pinch of red pepper flakes
• 1/2 cup Fustini's Gremolata olive oil
• 3 tablespoons parmesan cheese, finely grated
• 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, shaved
• 2 tablespoons butter
• 1 tablespoon Fustini's Parmesan Spice blend
• 1/3 cup panko crumbs
