• 2 tsp ginger, grated
• 1 tbs corn flour
• 2 eggs, beaten
• 2-3 cups rotisserie chicken, shredded
• 80g vermicelli rice noodles, optional
• Salt and white pepper, to taste
• 1/4 cup spring onion, finely sliced
• 1-2 tsp sesame oil
