• Golden Circle Vegetable Oil for deep frying
• 3 potatoes
• 2 tbsp unsalted butter
• 2 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
• 225g minced chicken
• ½ yellow onion, finely diced
• 50g red pepper, finely diced
• 50g green pepper, finely diced
• 50g yellow pepper, finely diced
• 3 tbsp black pepper sauce
• 2 tsp sugar
• 250g Mozarella cheese, cut into cubes
