Meatball Sub – Deliciou
This vegan meatball sub recipe comes out with juicy and tender meatballs. Topped with a rich tomato sauce, stringy mozzarella and served on top of warm crusty bread. Heaven!
Ingredients
- 4 long bread rolls
- 500g jar tomato pasta sauce
- 2 tsp Italian herbs
- 1 cup shredded vegan cheese
- 1 box Deliciou Plant-Based Beef
- 270ml chilled water
- 2 Tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 Tbsp parsley, finely chopped, plus extra for garnish
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 2 Tbsp nutritional yeast flakes
- 1 Tbsp worcestershire sauce (vegan)
