• 3 cups vegetable or chicken stock
• 2 tbsp butter
• 4 tsp canna-butter
• 1 clove garlic chopped
• 1 1/2 cups thinly sliced leeks divided
• 1/2 cup half-and-half
• 1/2 cup canola oil
• 1 tbsp freshly grated lemon zest
• salt and white pepper to taste
