Blackberry Ravioli with Chocolate Fondue

Ingredients

• Ravioli
• 1 cup white wine
• 1/4 cups butter (1/2 stick)
• 3 cups all-purpose flour
• 1 tablespoon baking powder
• 1/2 teaspoons salt
• 1 large egg
• 1/4 cups blackberry jam
• 1 package (6 ounces) Blackberries
• 4 tablespoons Celia's Blackberry Ginger Balsamic Vinegar
• Vegetable oil, for deep frying
• Confectioners' sugar, for dusting
• Chocolate Fondue
• 1 cup heavy cream
• 4 ounces semi-sweet chocolate, chopped (or 2/3 cup chocolate chips)
• 4+ teaspoons Celia's Blackberry Ginger Balsamic Vinegar
• 1 tablespoon brandy
