• 1 cup Sprecher Black Bavarian beer (or any dark beer you prefer)
• 1 Tbsp. dijon mustard
• 2 cups shredded cheddar
• 1 cup tomato (diced)
• 1/4 cup cilantro (chopped)
• 3 Green onions (chopped)
• 1 jalapeno pepper (sliced)
• 1 large avocado (mashed with 1 Tbsp. lime juice seasoned with salt)
