An easy spinach pasta with garlic is an ideal weekday meal. Ready within 15 minutes and it doesn't need much ingredients.

- 1 shallot
- 3 garlic cloves
- 1 chili pepper (Spanish pepper)
- pinch of nutmeg
- pepper and salt to taste
- olive oil
- handful of grated cheese (we've used Mimolette)
