• 1cup of milk
• 1 tablespoon vinegar
• 1 tablespoon apricot jam
• 1 cup of sugar
• 1 egg
• 1 teaspoon bicarb
• 1 teaspoon baking powder
• 2 tablespoon butter
• Pinch of salt
• Half a cup of sugar
• 100grams of butter
• A tin of evaporated milk (if not available use normal full cream milk works
