Ingredients

• 2 tbsp (30 mL) Ontario butter
• 3 cups (750 mL) mini marshmallows
• 1/3 cup (75 mL) brewed coffee
• 1 tbsp (15 mL) spiced rum
• 1 cup (250 mL) 35% Ontario whipping cream
• 1 tsp (5 mL) vanilla
• 3/4 cup (175 mL) toffee bits
• Shaved chocolate (optional)
• 1 1/3 cups (325 mL) chocolate cookie crumbs
• 1/4 cup (60 mL) Ontario butter, melted
• Pinch ground cinnamon
