This fresh, and slightly creamy, kohlrabi and apple salad is a delicious autumn dish. Kohlrabi has a slightly peppery taste, which pairs really well with apple.
Ingredients
- 1 kohlrabi
- 2 apples
- 2 carrots
- half a cucumber
- 2 tablespoons sultanas
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon of mustard
- 2 tablespoons crème fraîche
- salt and pepper to taste
- small bunch of fresh chives
