• 500g beef mince
• 2 garlic cloves, crushed
• 1 tbsp dried chilli flakes
• 1 tbsp cumin
• 1 tbsp tomato puree
• 800g chopped tomatoes (two tins)
• 2 double espressos
• 30g dark chocolate
• 400g kidney beans
