• 4-5 cloves garlic, pressed
• ¾ l clear beef or vegetable soup
• ½ l whipped cream
• salt

• organic soup powder
• nutmeg
• 2-3 tbsp. starch flour
• Some cold water

• 20 g butter
• 50 g white bread cubes without crust
