- 2 Caramelized Cooked onions from large onions.
- Grated Mozzarella cheese
- Sautéed spinach just a bunch three to four big leaves
- Herbs for garnish. Like sage, tarragon, oregano
- Salt.
- Butter or oil for frying.
- A dash of milk though optional like two tablespoons
