- 10 peach pits
- 1 Tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon cornstarch
- 1 ½ oz. cream cheese, softened
- 1/8 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/2 cup peach swirl (see below)
- 1/2 pound peaches, skinned and cubed
- 1/3 cup sugar
