• 1 packet taco seasoning (or about 1 ounce)
• 1 can diced tomatoes with green chilis ((10 ounce can of Rotel))
• 2 cups beef broth
• 1 cup elbow macaroni
• 2 Tablespoon butter
• 2 Tablespoon flour
• ¾ cup milk
• 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
• ½ tsp salt
• ¼ tsp ground pepper
