Gazpacho Soup

Ingredients

• 1 md Green Bell pepper diced
• 1 md Red Bell pepper diced
• 1 md Yellow Bell pepper diced
• 4 Stalks celery diced
• 2 Cucumbers peeled and diced
• 1 28-oz cn Plum tomatoes, canned chopped
• 6 tb Lemon juice
• 2 tb olive oil
• 3 c Cold water
• 1/4 c Italian parsley chopped
• 1/2 c Fresh basil chopped
• 1/2 ts Salt
• 1/4 ts Pepper
• 1 tb Tabasco sauce
