• 1 stick of butter
• 1 onion, diced
• 1 green pepper, diced
• 4 cloves garlic, minced
• 2 tablespoons Slap Ya Mama Original Cajun Seasoning (divided)
• ¼ cup flour
• 3 cups milk
• 1 cup heavy cream
• 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
• 2 cups pepper jack cheese, shredded
• Salt and pepper to taste
