• 1 stick (½ cup) unsalted butter, softened
• ¾ cup + 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
• 1 large egg
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• ½ cup milk
• 1½ pounds peaches, peeled, pitted and sliced about ⅓-inch thick (you'll need 3 to 4 peaches)
