peach cake revisited - Lisi's Kitchen

Ingredients

• 1 3/4 cups plus 2 tablespoons all purpose flour
• 2 1/4 teaspoons baking powder
• 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
• 3/4 teaspoon kosher salt
• 3/4 cup (1 1/2 sticks) unsalted butter, room temp
• 1 3/4 cups sugar
• 1 1/2 tablespoons vanilla extract
• 2 large eggs
• 3/4 cup buttermilk
• I added cinnamon – a 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon depending on your taste.
• 4 cups peeled sliced peaches (from about 3 pounds)
