Tomato Herbed Cream Cheese Tart - Furlani Foods

Ingredients

• 12 slices of Furlani Garlic Parm Texas Toast
• 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
• 1 cup whipped chive cream cheese
• 2 large eggs
• 1 1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
• 1 cup Parmesan cheese, (grated or shreds)
• 3 cups of mixed heirloom, cherry, and tomatoes on the vine in a variety of colours
• 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
• 1/2 cup basil leaves
• 1 tsp sea salt
