Bourbon Peach Punch - Valerie Bertinelli

Ingredients

• 2 tablespoons sea salt flakes
• 1 teaspoon lime zest, plus 1 1/2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
• 1 lime wedge, plus lime wedges for garnish
• 1 teaspoon minced jalapeño chile, plus slices for garnish
• 3 slices fresh ginger
• 1/4 cup (2 ounces) blanco tequila
• 1 1/2 tablespoons (3/4 ounce) orange liqueur (such as Cointreau)
• 2 tablespoons Simple Syrup (recipe follows)
