Ingredients

• 6 slices bread (use your favourite)
• 70g sesame seeds
• spray oil
• 1 spring onion, finely sliced
• sweet chilli or hoisin sauce, for dipping (optional)
• 400g chicken thigh fillets, roughly chopped
• 3 spring onions, chopped
• 2cm piece fresh ginger, peeled and grated
• 1 egg
• 1½ tbsp cornflour​
• ½ tsp fine salt
• ¼ tsp white pepper
• 1 tsp granulated sugar
• 1 tbsp sesame oil​
