Ingredients

• 250 g ground beef
• 200 g penne pasta
• 1 large onion washed and cut into cubes
• 5 garlic cloves, peeled and crushed
• 200 ml heavy cream
• Beef broth
• 1 tsp. cumin powder
• 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
• 1 tsp. turmeric powder
• 1/2 tsp. thyme
• 1 tsp. paprika powder
• 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
• 1/2 tsp. oregano
• 1 small bunch spring onions cut into small cubes (for garnishing)
• 1 tbsp. ghee
