- 1 1/4 cup (275g) caster sugar
- 2 tablespoons glucose syrup
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1 egg white
- 2/3 cup (90g) unsalted pistachios
- 1/2 cup (75g) dried blueberries
- 180 grams white chocolate, chopped coarsely
- 2 (sheets) (15cm x 23cm) edible rice paper
