Chocolate chip, pumpkin and rye bundt cake recipe - Great British Chefs

Ingredients

• 200g of pumpkin purée
• 100ml of vegetable oil
• 150g of granulated sugar
• 2 eggs
• 4 tbsp of plain yoghurt
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
• 1/4 tsp salt
• 1 tsp bicarbonate of soda
• 60g of rye flour
• 110g of plain flour
• 100g of chocolate chips, plain
• 1 tsp icing sugar, for dusting
